These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

1. Making a Contract with us
1.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods from the company. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
1.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
1.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are out of stock, or that there are pricing issues, we will make you aware of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and the contract between us will be cancelled.
1.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and may not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Some goods may be supplied for your own assembly.
1.5 We have made sure to display the true colours of our products; however we cannot assure you that your screens display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
1.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
1.7 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

2. Delivery & Carriage Charges
2.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days and any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.
2.2 We will normally deliver goods within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
2.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
2.4 We can deliver to most places within Europe. If there are any problems or if we find we cannot deliver to your location, even after your purchase, we will contact you ASAP and provide you with suitable options on how you would like to proceed.
2.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You may have to be at the location of delivery to accept and/or sign delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
2.6 If you product is damaged is must be signed for as damaged or rejected to ensure the damage can be compensated for.
2.7 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or us within a reasonable time.
2.8 Disposal of packaging materials is your responsibility.
2.9 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
2.10 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
2.11 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
2.12 Deliveries will be made to a ground floor entrance only, but in the case of any further alternative access points or obstructions you must make us aware of this via any means of communication.
2.13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
2.14 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
 
3. Cancellation & Returns
3.1 You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, fax or inform us by letter.
3.2 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a short explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers for future notice.
3.3 If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
3.4 You may properly examine the goods for 7 working days; however you may not return any goods that have been installed unless with exception they are faulty.
3.5 If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and resulting in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
3.6 We will refund all transactions paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract.
3.7 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
 
4. Faulty Goods & Guarantee
4.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
4.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
4.3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
4.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you are required to cover our postage costs.
4.5 The sensors we supply can be returned due to a manufacturer fault up to 30 days from despatch. If the fault is found to be caused by the user then we may ship back the item and have the right to refuse refund unless it interferes with any other terms.
4.6 All items should be used with the limits provided on the products webpage. Going outside these limits will avoid any warranty on these products, it is for safety purposes.
4.7 Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.
4.8 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only but unable to replace with an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund also.
4.9 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
4.10 You must be aware we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match.
 
5. Liability
5.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
5.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.Terms and Conditions
